why is it so hard to say NO?

why is it so hard to say NO? am i too weak? or do i really enjoy it myself? why on earth god create love? is it just to make human beings feel desperate with their own love? sometimes we cant run form love. even if the love does really take over all of our normal life. how to make it help us to brighten our life? what can love do to us to make our life feel happier n merrier?
never got the answer...till now...
